Bideben Ltd ("Bideben," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users to do the same in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (UK) and international copyright laws.

Ownership & Resale of Digital Art Editions

During "Era 1", all digital artwork, "Golden Era" designs, and graphical assets distributed through our Art Editions are licensed for use within the Bideben ecosystem. Unauthorized reproduction or resale of these digital assets outside of the platform during Era 1 is prohibited.

However, Bideben is committed to true digital ownership. Upon our official transition to Era 2 (Next-Gen Technology), eligible Golden Era 1 assets will be secured as Digital Collectibles. Once secured via Automated Transparency, users will possess verifiable digital ownership and are fully authorized to transfer their premium digital collectibles to global digital art platforms in the future. Golden Era 1 assets are expected to carry premium utility (such as XP or token bonuses) in Era 2.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request and we will review it promptly.

How to Submit a Notice

To submit a copyright infringement notice, please send an email including the following information:

Your full name and contact information (email/phone).
A clear description of the copyrighted work you own.
The link(s) to the allegedly infringing content on our platform.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner (or authorized to act on their behalf).

Review Process

After receiving your notice, we will review the request and may remove or restrict access to the content where appropriate. We may also contact you for additional details.

Misuse & False Claims

Submitting false or misleading claims may result in legal consequences and account restrictions. Please submit notices only when you are sure your rights are being infringed.
