Account Deletion Request

If you would like to delete your Bideben account and associated data, please request deletion by email.

How to request deletion

1. Email us at info@bideben.com from the same email address you used to sign in.
2. Use the subject: Account Deletion Request
3. Include your account email and (optional) your display name.

We will process your request as soon as possible. If we need to verify ownership of the account, we may ask for additional information.

Data that will be deleted

• Account information (name, email)
• Profile data
• Uploaded content (if applicable)

Data retention

Transaction records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes for up to 90 days.
