1. Digital Artworks and Non-Refundability
bideben is a platform that sells Digital Artworks. Due to the immediate, digital nature of these products, all sales are considered final.
- Immediate Delivery: Upon successful payment, your digital artwork is instantly credited to your account and made available for viewing and downloading.
- Waiver of Right to Cancel: In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations for digital content, by agreeing to immediate delivery, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel or request a refund once the download or access has been provided.
2. In-App Currencies and Credits
Any promotional items, XP, or Credits granted alongside the purchase of a digital artwork are considered part of the digital delivery.
- These promotional mechanics and credits have no standalone cash value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency or refunded independently.
- If the digital artwork has been successfully delivered to your account, the associated transaction is non-refundable.
3. Exceptions and Technical Issues
We stand by the quality of our platform. Refunds will only be considered under the following strictly defined circumstances:
- Failed Delivery: If a technical error on our side prevents the digital artwork from being added to your account after your payment has been successfully captured.
- Duplicate Billing: If a system glitch causes you to be charged multiple times for a single transaction.
If you experience any of these issues, you must contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction date.
4. Abuse, Fraud, and Chargebacks
bideben maintains a zero-tolerance policy for payment fraud and abuse.
- Any attempt to manipulate the refund system, initiate fraudulent chargebacks, or exploit payment gateways will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account.
- We reserve the right to contest unwarranted chargebacks with your bank or credit card provider using our system logs and delivery records as evidence.
5. Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved by our management team due to a verified technical issue:
- The refund will be processed exclusively to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
