Wallet & Top-Ups

Wallet top-ups and credited balances are generally non-refundable once successfully credited to your account, except where required by applicable law or where a verified technical issue prevents delivery of the credited balance.

• If the balance has been credited and can be used, a refund may not be possible.
• If the payment fails or the balance is not credited, you will not be charged or your payment may be automatically reversed.
• Chargebacks or suspected fraud may result in account restrictions for security reasons.

Digital Content

Digital content purchases are typically non-refundable once delivered or access is granted.

• If the digital content has been delivered/downloaded or access has been provided, refunds may be denied.
• If there is a verified technical issue preventing access, we can help restore access or provide an appropriate solution.
• If you believe a purchase was unauthorized, contact us immediately so we can investigate.

Abuse & Misuse

We may refuse or limit refunds in cases of abuse, repeated refund requests, suspicious activity, or attempts to exploit the system.

Payment Channels

When a refund is approved, it is processed through the original payment method where possible.

• Card refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.
• Processing times and fees may vary by provider; we cannot speed up bank-side processing.
