This page explains how the XP and BDB Points system works and how Featured Members are selected.

bideben is not a game of chance or a gambling platform. The primary commercial product sold on this platform is Digital Artwork (Images). You can instantly download your purchased artworks from your profile.

All gamified pools and community events within the application are entirely for entertainment purposes. No purchase is required to participate in the process; users can also participate for free by watching ads or completing tasks. The distribution and final delivery of physical rewards or their equivalents are solely at the discretion and authority of the platform management.

Social Media & Task Verification: We do not track your XP tasks in real-time. However, if you win a product through Rank XP or BDB Points allocations, your social media accounts will be subject to verification. We will verify if you have followed our official accounts and shared the required posts, and we may request screenshots as proof. If it is determined that the required social tasks were not completed or manipulated, your reward will not be delivered and will be transferred to a Substitute Winner under the exact same conditions. This rule is strictly enforced to ensure fairness, accountability, and legal transparency.

What is Target Contribution?

Target Contribution represents the total community contribution required for a digital artwork to turn into a community reward. Support the product by purchasing a Digital Artwork or a Pack, and help it reach its contribution goal. You do not need to pay to participate in the products. You can convert the XP and BDB Points you earn by completing in-app tasks into participation credits on your profile panel.

What is XP?
  • •Rank XP: Cannot be spent. It represents your global ranking. As your rank increases, free credits are automatically deposited into your account. Earned through tasks and pack purchases.
  • •Free XP: Can be spent. You can convert it to BDB Points from your profile panel. Earned through tasks.

Each product page includes tasks related to that product. Complete tasks to earn XP. Your XP improves your position on the global leaderboard. When the product reaches its Target Contribution, the #1 ranked user receives the physical reward.
BDB Points & Free XP Contribution

BDB Points help a product move toward its Target Contribution. You earn BDB Points and Free XP instantly when you purchase a Digital Artwork. When the Target Contribution is completed, the BDB Points-side result is determined completely fairly and randomly among all eligible participants who allocated their BDB Points to the product pool.

When is the goal completed?
  • •Top contributors are determined only when the product’s Target Contribution is completed.
  • •No result is announced before the goal is completed.
  • •As soon as a product reaches its contribution goal, 2 top contributors are determined.
  • •There is no time limit. The faster the community contributes, the sooner the goal is reached.

The result determination happens only when the Target Contribution is completed.
How Does Reward Delivery Work?
  • •bideben never charges Top Contributors any fee for the physical reward.
  • •The item is shipped to the Top Contributor’s address using third-party websites closest to their country.
  • •bideben has no partnership or business relationship with any third-party brand, seller, marketplace, or shipping company.
⚖️ Alternative Fulfillment & Regulatory Discretion
Please note that the 'Market Value' stated on our platform is a global reference price determined solely by bideben. If physical delivery is unfeasible due to geographical constraints, or if local country regulations, custom duties, and taxes (such as VAT, KDV, or luxury taxes) cause the local retail price of the item to exceed this stated reference price, bideben reserves the sole right and discretion to determine whether a physical product will be shipped. In such events, bideben may choose to fulfill the delivery by providing the equivalent baseline Market Value via digital gift vouchers or alternative digital rewards.
Note: Delivery may vary depending on stock availability and country conditions.
Can the Top Contributor Choose a Different Product?
✅ Yes
  • •The Top Contributor may request a different product as long as it is the same price or cheaper.
  • •The Top Contributor cannot request a more expensive product.
  • •If the requested product is cheaper, the Top Contributor cannot claim the price difference.

You unlocked the Bosch 9 kg washing machine reward. Instead, you may request a Samsung washing machine at the same price.
