Digital Art Sales: bideben is an e-commerce platform offering unique digital artworks. All transactions on this platform are for the "Purchase of Digital Art/Images." All purchased digital assets can be instantly viewed and downloaded from the user profile.

Not a Gambling Platform: bideben is not a game of chance, betting, or gambling site. All mechanics on the platform are designed to increase community engagement and promote a culture of entertainment and gamification.

No Purchase Necessary: There is no requirement to purchase any product to participate in the pools or events within the application. Users can participate entirely for free by completing in-platform free tasks (such as watching videos, following social media, etc.).

Discretion of Benefits: The delivery of physical products or their equivalents displayed within the application to contributing users is entirely at the discretion and authority of bideben management. The platform reserves the right to modify the benefit structure, cancel it, or provide a cash equivalent in cases of force majeure or abuse detection.

Welcome to bideben. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bideben website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Use of the Service

bideben grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Digital Asset License (Era 1 vs Era 2)

Bideben operates in phases. During "Era 1" (The Golden Era), digital artwork purchased through the Service is tied to your Bideben account. During this period, Bideben grants you a limited, personal license to display and interact with the artwork within the scope of our platform.

  • Era 1 Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell the digital artwork outside of the Bideben ecosystem prior to the official Web3 transition.
  • Era 2 (Web3) Ownership & Resale: Upon Bideben's transition to Era 2, eligible Genesis Era 1 artworks will be mintable as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) on the blockchain. Once minted, you will hold verifiable cryptographic ownership. At that time, you will be granted the full right to trade, sell, or transfer your digital assets on authorized secondary markets (e.g., OKX, Magic Eden, OpenSea).
  • Future Utility: Holding Genesis Era 1 assets into Era 2 may grant additional ecosystem benefits, such as XP multipliers or token airdrops.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on the Service—including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software—are the exclusive property of bideben and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to extract data, manipulate tasks, farm XP, or exploit the platform's mechanics.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Attempting to bypass any security measures or access controls.
  • Engaging in any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities that harm the community or the platform.

6. Platform Mechanics and Modification of Rules

bideben utilizes gamified mechanics, including XP, credits, and community goals. The rules governing these mechanics, as well as any associated benefits or campaigns, are subject to change at the sole discretion of bideben management. Any material updates will be published on the platform, and continued use constitutes your acceptance of the revised rules.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. bideben makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service, the accuracy of the information provided, or the continuous availability of the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bideben, its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service or your inability to access the platform.

9. Third-Party Services and Trademarks

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by bideben. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Furthermore, any third-party brands, logos, or product names displayed on the platform belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in the United Kingdom.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
