Bideben provides a digital artwork experience and related community features. The service may change, be updated, or be suspended at any time.

2) Account

You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and for all activities performed under your account.

3) Digital License

• Digital artworks are licensed for personal use unless otherwise stated.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of the artwork.
• Any commercial use requires prior written permission.

4) Intellectual Property

All content, visuals, trademarks, and software on the site are protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use may result in removal of access and legal action.

5) Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to exploit, abuse, or manipulate tasks, tickets, XP, or rewards.
• Using bots, automation, or unfair methods to gain advantages.
• Any illegal activity or behavior that harms the platform or other users.

6) Campaigns & Rules

Campaigns, benefits, ticket mechanics, and reward rules may vary and can be changed without prior notice. The current rules in the app take precedence.

7) Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party services.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws depending on the user’s location and the service context.

Where permitted, disputes may be handled by competent courts in the United Kingdom and/or Turkey.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
